Please review our comprehensive policy for vehicle cancellations, pickups, and returns.
If the Customer fails to collect the vehicle at the scheduled time, or cancels the reservation after three (3) hours from the agreed booking time, the Lessor shall be entitled to charge the full rental value of the first day.
If the Customer fails to provide the required official documents, including a valid National ID or Iqama and a valid driving license, the Lessor shall have the right to refuse delivery of the vehicle and charge the rental value of the first day.
If the Customer is unable to complete the authorization for any legal reason, including but not limited to an expired driving license, suspension of services, failure to register or update data on the Absher platform, or having an exit and re-entry visa, the Lessor shall be entitled to deduct 25% of the rental value of one (1) day.
Any refundable amounts due to the Customer, if any, shall be returned within a period ranging from seven (7) to twenty-one (21) business days, in accordance with the approved financial procedures.
The security deposit shall apply only to GCC nationals and visit visa holders. The deposit shall be refunded within a period not exceeding twenty-one (21) business days from the vehicle return date, after verifying that there are no traffic violations or outstanding financial liabilities related to the vehicle.
The Customer may cancel the reservation free of charge if the cancellation is made through the Lessor's approved communication channels at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled vehicle pickup time.
If the reservation is cancelled less than twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled pickup time, or if the Customer fails to appear for any reason whatsoever, the Lessor shall be entitled to charge a minimum of one (1) rental day, and may deduct such amount from any paid amounts, deposits, or advance payments. Such amounts shall be non-refundable unless approved in writing by the Lessor.
The Customer shall be granted a one (1) hour free grace period after the scheduled vehicle return time with no additional charges. If the Customer exceeds the free grace period and is late for up to three (3) hours after the grace period, late fees shall be charged per each hour of delay, including the free grace hour which shall be counted as a chargeable hour. If the delay exceeds four (4) hours from the scheduled return time, a full one (1) day rental charge shall apply.
