The Yelo Driver App is developed exclusively for our drivers to efficiently manage their shifts and journeys. The data we collect is strictly limited to the information necessary for the app’s functionality and operation.

1. Login Information
   • Drivers use unique login credentials provided by the organization to securely log in and access their assigned orders and shift details.
2. Operational Data
   • Shift and Trip Details: This includes information on assigned jobs, shift start and end times, and trip progress. This data is crucial for efficient task management and accurate logging of activities.
3. Location Data Access
• Precise Location Data: This data is only collected during active shifts and is used for the following purposes:
• Monitoring driver locations for operational efficiency
• Optimizing routes to ensure timely deliveries
• Maintaining accurate records of driver activities

• Consent: Location tracking is entirely based on your consent. Drivers have full control over location tracking by granting or revoking permissions directly from the device settings.

Image Data (Occasional Vehicle & Meter Verification)

Occasionally, drivers may be required to submit images for the following purposes:

• Vehicle Verification: To confirm the driver is using the correct vehicle for the assigned shift.

• Meter Verification: To ensure the vehicle’s meter readings are accurate before starting the trip (if applicable).

• Other Verifications: For any other necessary operational or safety reasons.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively for enabling the app’s core functions:

• Managing and assigning shifts: To ensure efficient task coordination and trip management.

• Providing location tracking during active shifts: This helps optimize routes and ensures operational efficiency.

• Maintaining accurate shift activity records: These records are used solely for internal operational purposes.

• Verification purposes: To verify that the correct vehicle is being used, the meter readings are accurate, and other necessary operational requirements are met.

• Improving the app experience: Data is also used for troubleshooting and improving the app’s performance.

Data Sharing Policy

We do not share your personal data with third parties. All data collected through the Yelo Driver App is used exclusively for internal operational purposes within our organization.

Secure Data Processing

We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption during both storage and transmission. Access to your data is restricted to authorized personnel within the organization to ensure confidentiality and security.

Guidelines for Data Retention and Deletion

• Image data (for vehicle and meter verification) will be retained only as long as needed to verify the condition and accuracy of the vehicle or meter readings. Once the verification process is completed, images will be securely deleted or stored according to legal and operational requirements.
